This is a printable version of Where the Plants Wait by the Door painting.
I painted this tiny storefront like a little mood-lifter. A bright blue door, a striped awning, and an unapologetic amount of greenery gathered at the entrance like they are waiting to greet you. It feels like the kind of place that smells clean and sweet, where the window is always dressed nicely, and someone inside is quietly proud of every small detail.
What I love most here is the sense of care. The plants are not just decoration, they feel like personality. Each pot adds a different shape and softness, and together they turn a simple doorway into a tiny celebration. I kept the walls cool and tiled, then warmed it up with the wooden counter and the little window beside it. The top windows are light and playful with soft watercolor circles, almost like reflections or bubbles, giving the whole storefront a gentle, dreamy feel.
This piece is for anyone who loves cozy corners, blue accents, and small places that seem to say, come in, take your time, and leave feeling a little better.
