I take great care in preparing every order to ensure your artwork reaches you safely. Because my work includes everything from instant downloads to hand-painted commissions, delivery times and methods vary.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Custom Commissions: Because each house portrait is unique, delivery timelines are not fixed. We will discuss and agree upon a specific completion date together when I confirm your commission order.
• Original Art & Prints: Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and sent within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit times vary by region: deliveries within Europe generally take 4–7 business days, shipments to South America take 6–9 business days, and orders to all other regions arrive within 8–11 business days. Please note that your total delivery time is calculated by adding the 1–3 day processing period to the transit time for your specific country.
• Digital Art & Printables: These files are delivered instantly to your email address once your purchase is complete.
  

Packaging for Safety

I want your art to arrive in perfect condition. I ship all original paintings and physical prints in rigid, stay-flat mailers with protective backing. This ensures the artwork remains flat and secure throughout transit without the need for rolling or tubes.

Shipping & Tracking

• Tracking: All physical orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you as soon as the package is dispatched.
• International Orders: Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may occur. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Items

Once a package leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the postal service. However, if your order is significantly delayed or if the tracking information has stopped updating, please reach out to me at contact.hathodao@gmail.com so I can help look into it for you.
