2. QUALITY GUARANTEE (CONFORMITY)

In accordance with the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, we warrant that all goods and digital content provided will be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose intended, and match the description provided at the time of sale.

  • Product Appearance: We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to device display settings.
  • Remedy: If an item is not in conformity with the contract (e.g., faulty or not as described), you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

  • Copyright: Hat Ho Dao retains full copyright of all artwork. Your purchase grants you a license for Personal Use Only.
  • Restrictions: You may not scan, reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork (physical or digital) for commercial purposes or resale without a separate written commercial license.

5. SHIPPING, TAXES & INTERNATIONAL SALES

  • Delivery & Risk (EU): We are responsible for the artwork until it is physically delivered to you.
  • International Sales (Non-EU): For orders outside the European Union, you are the Importer of Record. You are responsible for all local customs, duties, and import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Damaged Goods: Please inspect your art immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, you must notify us at contact.hathodao@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photos of the damage and packaging.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
