Refund policy
I want you to be happy with your art. Because my shop offers a variety of products, from custom commissions to digital files, please review the specific policies for each category below.
Custom Commissions
Every commission involves a significant amount of time and manual labor. My refund policy is based on the progress of the artwork:
- Before Inking: If you decide to cancel before the inking stage has begun, I offer a 50% refund to cover the time spent on sketches and administration.
- After Inking: No refunds are available once the inking has been completed.
Original Art & Physical Prints
If you have an issue with a physical order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged Items: If your art arrives damaged, please contact me at contact.hathodao@gmail.com. Please send a photo of the item and the packaging.
- Returns: For non-damaged items, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging by mail.
- The Review Process: Please note that I will need to review the returned order before processing any refund. Once the item is received and inspected to confirm its condition, I will notify you of the status of your request. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
Digital Downloads
Due to the immediate nature of digital art files, these items are non-refundable. If you have any technical trouble with your download, please reach out and I will make sure you get a working file.
